You can install driver updates from the manufacturer or you can use your PC’s default drivers. With hardware changing all the time, the drivers might need updating or there might be a known problem. If it is, try copying or moving the files into a new folder. If the Photos app can’t find your device, open File Explorer and see if it’s listed under This PC.
