That’s because all of the cheats are enabled through the developer console, and there’s no way to access this console in the retail copy of the game. You can only use Cyberpunk 2077 cheat codes on PC. Simply replace the quotes, and you’re good to go. Our formatting only includes open and closed quotes, but you need straight quotes for the cheat codes to work.
